With a deeper understanding of their finances, they increased mortgage repayments and super contributions, enabling them to upgrade to a larger family home and solidify their path to financial stability.
We set up a self-managed super fund (SMSF) to give them greater control over their assets. They invested in a property through their super that was sourced through our property division and financed by our brokers. We implemented insurance to protect their family, set up a family trust and developed a comprehensive estate plan to ensure their children would be protected should the unexpected happen.
